The Jupiter JEM Tez is an L5N high-speed goods carrier from Jupiter Electric Mobility, the e-mobility subsidiary of Jupiter Wagons. Range and charging

The JEM Tez runs on a 30 kWh LFP (lithium iron phosphate) battery with liquid cooling, delivering a true on-road range of 190+ km per charge (318 km IDC). Charging is flexible: a 3.3 kW or 6.6 kW on-board charger handles overnight home charging in 4-8 hours, while a CCS-2 public fast charger adds about 100 km of range in an hour. A larger battery pack keeps currents lower, which reduces heat and extends pack life over the long term.

Performance and payload

An 80 kW electric motor produces 265 Nm of torque, the highest in its segment, with a 23% gradeability and an 80 km/h top speed. The truck carries a 1,050 kg payload within a 2,330 kg GVW, on a 2,150 mm wheelbase with a 155 mm ground clearance and a 4,075 mm turning radius. MacPherson strut front and leaf-spring rear suspension, disc and drum brakes, and a day cabin with a D+1 seating layout round out the package.
