The OSM M1KA 3.0 is a high-speed goods carrier (L5N) from OSM, priced from Rs 17.35 lakh (ex-showroom). It is a 6-wheel, 5.5-tonne GVW electric truck built on a chassis-with-cabin layout with a 3,360 mm wheelbase and box body, aimed at intra-city and last-mile distribution fleets.

A 96.77 kWh lithium-ion battery pack powers the M1KA 3.0, delivering a claimed range of 180 km on a full charge. Full charging takes 6-8 hours on the supplied charger, which suits overnight depot charging for daily distribution runs rather than opportunistic top-ups mid-shift.

Performance and payload

A permanent magnet synchronous motor produces 130 kW of power and 415 Nm of torque, good for a 90 km/h top speed and 30% gradeability. It carries a 4,000 kg payload within its 5,500 kg GVW and 3,055 kg kerb weight, with drum brakes, ABS and a 1-forward/1-reverse gearbox.
