Flycon T3: budget electric scooter from Jaipur
The Flycon T3 is an electric scooter from Flycon Motors, a Jaipur-based manufacturer that builds its lineup around one idea: get people off petrol for the least money possible. The T3 sits in the middle of that lineup, undercutting nearly every branded 60V electric scooter on sale in India while still offering three battery configurations.
Price and variants
The T3 is listed at Rs 99,762 ex-showroom, with aggregator listings placing the wider band between Rs 89,999 and Rs 1,15,499 depending on variant and city. There are three variants, all built on the same 60V architecture:
T3 60V, 30 Ah, the entry point T3 60V, 36 Ah, a larger pack for more range T3 60V, 30 Ah Dual, twin batteries for buyers who want the maximum the platform offersMotor, battery and range
Power comes from a 2 kW BLDC hub motor with a 60 km/h top speed and automatic transmission, no gears, no clutch, no learning curve. The standard 1.8 kWh lithium-ion pack is quoted at a 70 km range per charge and takes 3 to 4 hours on a full charge from empty.
Features and hardware
For the money the hardware list reads well: disc brakes at both ends, tubeless tyres on 12-inch wheels, a digital instrument cluster with a USB charging port, LED headlamp with DRL, parking assist and a backrest for the pillion rider.
Should you buy one?
The T3 makes sense strictly as a city commuter: 70 km of honest range covers most daily errands twice over. The honest caveat is after-sales, owners on public forums report battery-warranty disputes and a dealer network concentrated around Jaipur and Rajasthan. Check where your nearest Flycon service point actually is before booking.
