Battery, motor and range
A 2.4 kWh lithium-ion battery - AIS 156 Phase 2 certified - powers the GT 450 Pro through an automatic transmission. The ARAI claimed range is 120 km per charge with a top speed of 60 km/h, which puts it in licence-required high-speed territory rather than the no-licence low-speed class. Charging takes 5 to 7 hours on the conventional charger, or about 3.5 hours with the 10 Amp charger Enigma specifies.
Features
The GT 450 Pro gets a digital instrument console, LED headlamp, taillight and DRLs, a USB charging port, push-button start and underseat storage. Practical touches include an override function for hills, motor walking assistance, a side stand sensor and a tested 16-degree climbing ability. The scooter weighs 68 kg without its battery and carries a load capacity of 180 kg.
Chassis, brakes and suspension
Stopping duty comes from a front disc and rear drum brake on 10-inch alloy wheels running tubeless tyres (3.00-10). Suspension is by double hydraulic telescopic forks up front and a hydraulic unit at the rear, with a 1290 mm wheelbase and 180 mm ground clearance.
