Deliveries began in late July 2026, with a 15-year battery warranty and an 80% buyback programme on offer.
Battery & Range
Two lithium-ion packs are offered: a 42 kWh battery with a claimed range of 443 km, and a 51.4 kWh ER pack with a claimed range of 526 km. Both figures are manufacturer claims, so real-world range should be treated as lower.
Charging
On an 11 kW AC charger, a full charge takes about 4 hours on the 42 kWh pack and 4.5 hours on the 51.4 kWh pack. DC fast charging at up to 100 kW takes the battery from 10-80% in about 39 minutes. The CCS-II charging port supports fast charging.
Performance & Driving
The 42 kWh variants make 133 bhp and 255 Nm from a single front-mounted motor, while the ER variants make 171 bhp with the same 255 Nm and a 0-100 km/h time of 8.1 seconds. Power goes to the front wheels through a single-speed automatic gearbox.
Practicality, Safety & Features
At 3995 mm long with a 2550 mm wheelbase, the Syros EV seats five with 390 litres of boot space and 197 mm of ground clearance. Level 2 ADAS, six airbags, ESC and hill-hold assist come standard, alongside a 12.3-inch touchscreen and wireless Apple CarPlay.
