The Audi e-tron GT is an all-electric four-door grand tourer (coupe) that Audi India sold between 2021 and May 2026, when it was discontinued. Built on the J1 platform shared with the Porsche Taycan, it pairs dual-motor all-wheel drive with a 93 kWh battery pack and a claimed ARAI range of up to 500 km.

Price & Variants

Last recorded at Rs 1.72 crore ex-showroom in India. A single e-tron GT Quattro variant was offered with a 522.99 bhp dual-motor setup.

Battery & Range

The 93 kWh lithium-ion battery delivers 388-500 km of range depending on conditions (500 km ARAI). The pack supports up to 270 kW DC fast charging, going 0-80 percent in about 23 minutes, plus 11 kW AC home charging (5-80% in about 9.5 hours). Battery and motor pack carry an 8-year / 160,000 km warranty.

Performance

Dual permanent-magnet synchronous motors produce 522.99 bhp and 630 Nm of torque with all-wheel drive. The e-tron GT accelerates from 0-100 kmph in 4.1 seconds and tops out at 250 kmph, helped by a 0.24 drag coefficient and air suspension.

Dimensions & Practicality

At 4,989 mm long, 1,964 mm wide and 1,418 mm tall with a 2,923 mm wheelbase, the 5-seater offers a 405-litre boot. Standard kit includes a 10.1-inch MMI touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, virtual cockpit, panoramic glass roof, ventilated front seats and a 360-degree camera.

Market Position

The e-tron GT was positioned against the Mercedes-Benz EQS and the Porsche Taycan as the first all-electric performance grand tourer in India.
