Ola Roadster X+

The Ola Roadster X+ is Ola Electric's mid-spec electric motorcycle, positioned above the Roadster X with more performance, range and features while sitting below the flagship Roadster Pro. It is powered by an 11 kW mid-drive motor and offered in two battery packs — 4.5 kWh and 9.1 kWh — with IDC-claimed ranges of 252 km and 501 km respectively.

Price & Variants

The Roadster X+ is offered in two variants: the 4.5 kWh priced from Rs 1,03,382 and the 9.1 kWh at Rs 1,89,999 (ex-showroom). The 9.1 kWh variant has seen repeated price cuts as Ola Electric's indigenously manufactured 4680 Bharat cells have improved battery cost efficiency.

Battery & Range

The 4.5 kWh pack claims 252 km per charge while the larger 9.1 kWh pack stretches to 501 km (IDC), one of the highest claimed ranges of any electric bike in India. Both packs are IP67-rated Li-ion units, supported by a 3-year or 50,000 km battery warranty.

Performance

The 11 kW mid-drive motor delivers 58 Nm of torque, a claimed top speed of 125 km/h and a 0-40 km/h sprint of 2.7 seconds. Three ride modes — Sport, Normal and Eco — alter throttle response, with regenerative braking through a brake-by-wire system.

Features

The Roadster X+ gets a 4.3-inch LCD console running MoveOS 5 with navigation, smartphone connectivity, cruise control, reverse mode, TPMS, geo-fencing and OTA updates. Braking is via a front disc and rear drum setup with single-channel ABS, riding on 18-inch front and 17-inch rear alloy wheels with tubeless tyres.
