The YOUDHA Passenger is an electric L3N passenger auto-rickshaw from Youdha (Lohia Auto's EV brand), sold on commercial quotation with the ex-showroom price yet to be announced. It seats the driver plus three passengers and is built as a fully-built, chassis-with-cabin three-wheeler for city and short intra-city passenger runs.

Range and charging

A 7.6 kWh lithium-ion battery pack (swappable, with an optional fixed pack option) delivers a claimed range of 140-160 km on a full charge, covering a full day of dense city trips. Full charging takes 4-5 hours on the standard charger, which fits an overnight charge or a midday top-up between shifts; the swappable-battery option removes the wait entirely for operators on battery-as-a-service plans.

Performance and payload

A 10 kW electric motor drives a 48 km/h top speed with 13% gradeability, enough for city stop-and-go traffic and gentle flyover climbs. The 747 kg gross vehicle weight and 4.5 R10, 8PR tyres keep the auto stable with three passengers aboard. The 1-forward/1-reverse automatic gearbox and handlebar steering keep the controls familiar to any auto driver, and drum brakes handle stopping duties.
