Speego E-Rickshaw Lithium

The Speego E-Rickshaw Lithium is the lithium-ion battery version of the popular Speego passenger e-rickshaw from Speego Vehicles. It keeps the proven low-speed electric platform but swaps the traditional lead-acid battery for a lithium-ion pack, which weighs less, charges faster and lasts far longer in daily commercial use.

Lithium-Ion Advantage

The lithium-ion pack running on a 48V system is lighter than a comparable lead-acid battery, which reduces dead weight and improves efficiency on every trip. Lithium batteries also survive many more charge cycles, so the total cost of ownership over the e-rickshaw's working life is meaningfully lower.

Passenger Carrier Body

The Speego E-Rickshaw Lithium keeps the same D+4 layout as the standard Speego, seating the driver plus four passengers. Its compact 2780 mm length, 1000 mm width and 1780 mm height are ideal for narrow city lanes and crowded markets.

Performance and Range

With a 25 km/h top speed it qualifies as a certified L3M low-speed passenger carrier, so no driving licence is required in most states. On a full charge it delivers up to 90 km of range, enough for a full day of shared-mobility trips.

Charging and Running Costs

The lithium pack charges in about 8 to 10 hours from a standard home socket. Running entirely on electricity keeps daily costs far below any fuel three-wheeler, and the lighter pack means less energy wasted moving battery weight around.
