Saera Mayuri PRO 1000

The Saera Mayuri PRO 1000 is the higher-powered variant of the popular Mayuri e-rickshaw family, built for daily passenger duties in cities and towns. Its 1000W brushless DC motor and advanced 130Ah battery give it a range of up to 80 km on a single charge.

Performance and Powertrain

Power comes from a 1000W brushless DC motor driven by a 50A, 24-MOSFET controller on a 48V system. The 48V / 130Ah lead-acid battery (about 6.24 kWh) charges fully in around 8 hours using an SMPS charger with voltage fluctuation protection. Drum brakes at the front and rear with a mechanical hand lever parking brake round out the safety kit.

Comfort and Build

The Mayuri PRO 1000 uses a high-rigidity monocoque chassis, 43mm telescopic hydraulic front shocks and leaf spring rear shocks. Key comfort features include a wide windscreen with wiper, steel roof, FM radio with dual speakers, LED cabin light and cushioned seats. Tyres are 3.75-12 at both ends.

Dimensions and Suitability

At 2690 mm long, 1000 mm wide and 1710 mm high with 200 mm ground clearance, the PRO 1000 seats four passengers plus the driver. It is best suited to operators who run longer daily distances and want the extra motor punch over base 750W e-rickshaws.
