Kinetic Super DX

The Kinetic Super DX is an electric passenger e-rickshaw from Kinetic Green, priced at ₹1.38 Lakh ex-showroom. It is a low-speed L3M passenger carrier built for last-mile passenger services in cities, towns and villages.

Range and charging

The Super DX runs on a 48 V / 130 Ah battery pack (about 6.24 kWh) that delivers an indicated range of around 110 km on a full charge. Charging from a home socket takes about 8 hours, which makes overnight top-ups the standard routine for a working day.

Performance and ride

A 1 hp BLDC motor keeps the top speed at 25 km/h, keeping the vehicle inside the low-speed class. It seats a driver plus four passengers (D+4) against a gross weight of 779 kg. Telescopic front suspension with hydraulic dampers and leaf-spring rear suspension give a comfortable ride on rough roads, with a 220 mm ground clearance.
