Godawari Eblu Rozee Eco

The Godawari eBLU Rozee Eco is an L5M high-speed electric passenger carrier from Godawari Electric Motors, priced at Rs 2,95,999 (ex-showroom). Launched at the Bharat Mobility Global Show 2025, it is a three-wheeled auto rickshaw built for last-mile passenger and light goods movement, with a chassis-with-cabin build, a 2,110 mm wheelbase and seating for a driver plus three passengers.

Range and charging

A 10 kWh lithium-ion battery pack (51.2 V) delivers a claimed range of 167 km on a full charge, with a charging time of 6 hours 30 minutes. That range is enough for a full working day of city runs, and the overnight charge cadence suits fleet operators who park the vehicle at a depot between shifts. There is no DC fast-charging option, so the Rozee Eco is best treated as a single-shift asset.

Performance and payload

An 8 kW motor producing 36 Nm of torque drives the Rozee Eco to a 50 km/h top speed with 7 per cent gradeability. It carries a 782 kg gross vehicle weight against a 462 kg kerb weight, giving a usable payload of roughly 320 kg. Braking is via hydraulic drum brakes, suspension is coil-spring front and rear, and the GT gear-with-differential transmission offers 1 forward and 1 reverse gear. The 2,836 x 1,350 x 1,790 mm footprint and 235 mm ground clearance make it manoeuvrable in narrow city lanes.
