VariantsThe Etron Smartv is a passenger e-rickshaw for city and last-mile passenger transport in India. It seats one driver and four passengers and is powered by a 48V electric powertrain with a differential DC brushless motor.
Performance and range
The Smartv offers up to 140 km of range on a full charge at a top speed of 25 km/h, within L3M low-speed passenger carrier limits. Its 20% gradeability rating makes flyover and ramp climbs manageable.
Battery and charging
A 48V, 120 Ah battery pack (about 5.76 kWh) powers the vehicle and takes 8-12 hours to fully charge, suiting overnight charging for daily commercial use.
Build and comfort
A chassis-with-cabin body, hydraulic front shock absorbers and leaf-spring rear suspension provide a stable ride. Rear drum brakes, a day cabin and a driver information display round out the package.
