Range and charging
The Ss Basic runs on a 48 V lead-acid battery of more than 80 Ah and is rated for a maximum run of over 80 km on a full charge. Recharging from empty takes 5-6 hours.

A brushless DC motor rated around 1000 W drives the rear wheels. Top speed is capped at 25 km/h, and drum brakes at both ends handle stopping duties. The fully built stainless-steel body seats a driver plus four passengers.
