Etron Jade

The Etron Jade is a passenger e-rickshaw designed for last-mile transport in Indian cities and towns. It offers a D+4 seating layout, a 48V electric powertrain and a low-maintenance shaft-drive drivetrain.

Performance and range

The Jade runs up to 140 km on a full charge with a top speed of 25 km/h, staying within the L3M low-speed passenger carrier norms. Its differential DC brushless motor handles a 20% gradeability.

Battery and charging

A 48V, 120 Ah battery pack (about 5.76 kWh) delivers the range, and the standard charger completes a full charge in 8-12 hours, ideal for overnight top-ups.

Build and comfort

A chassis-with-cabin body, leaf-spring suspension and a day cabin with driver information display provide a comfortable daily work environment. Drum brakes and a 5 m turning radius make city driving easy.
