Arzoo Eco Ride SS

The Arzoo Eco Ride SS is the heavy-duty version of Arzoo's passenger electric rickshaw line-up. Built on a Heavy Duty CRCA chassis with a fully built day cabin, it is aimed at operators who want a tougher, longer-lasting e-rickshaw for daily passenger runs in cities and towns.

Battery & Range

A 48 V / 140 Ah battery pack gives a claimed range of up to 120 km on a full charge. Charging takes roughly 6 to 8 hours from a standard socket. The SS (Stainless Steel or heavy-duty) build adds durability for daily commercial use.

Performance & Build

A BLDC motor produces 1 hp with a 40 km/h top speed. The 29% gradeability rating helps with flyover inclines and loaded starts. It measures 2800 mm long, 1000 mm wide and 1800 mm high, with 180 mm ground clearance, telescopic front shockers, leaf-spring rear suspension and drum brakes. Tubeless tyres are fitted as standard.

Who Should Buy It

The Eco Ride SS is for commercial operators who run long daily schedules and want the heavier chassis and tubeless-tyre setup of the SS build. At around Rs 1.40 lakh ex-showroom, it keeps the entry cost of an electric rickshaw low while adding robustness for rough city roads.
