The Vida V2 is a family maxi-scooter from Hero MotoCorp's Vida electric brand, positioned as a more affordable, everyday-commute follow-up to the original Vida V1, with two removable batteries for flexible home or off-board charging.
Priced from ₹1.20 lakh to ₹1.31 lakh (ex-showroom) across two variants — V2 Plus and V2 Pro.
The V2 Plus runs a 3.44 kWh pack for a claimed 143 km per charge, while the V2 Pro steps up to a 3.94 kWh pack for a claimed 165 km per charge; both use removable lithium-ion battery packs.
A 6 kW PMSM belt-drive motor makes 25 Nm of torque, with a top speed of 85 km/h on the Plus and 90 km/h on the Pro (0-40 km/h in 3.4s and 2.9s respectively). Both get Eco, Ride and (on the Pro) Sport and Custom riding modes, plus regenerative braking.
A portable home charger takes about 5 hr 15 min (Plus) to 5 hr 55 min (Pro) for a 0-80% top-up; both variants can also charge at Vida charging stations.
