The Okinawa OKHI-90 is the flagship electric scooter from Okinawa Autotech — a 3.8 kW high-speed e-scooter launched in India in March 2022 and sold as a single variant in four glossy shades.

Priced at ₹1,49,991 ex-showroom, the OKHI-90 is offered as one variant (Okhi90 STD) in four colours — Glossy Pearl White, Glossy Wine Red, Glossy Ash Grey and Glossy Jewellery Blue.

Battery & Range

A 3.6 kWh detachable lithium-ion (NMC) battery delivers a claimed ARAI range of 160 km per charge, with a real-world owner average around 128 km. Full charging takes 5-6 hours via the micro charger, with a claimed 0-80% charge in about an hour.

Performance

The 3.8 kW hub motor offers a claimed top speed of 90 km/h (the OEM spec sheet rates it at 70-80 km/h in Sport mode), with Eco and Sport ride modes. It rolls on 16-inch aluminium alloy wheels with tubeless tyres.

Features & Practicality

Standard equipment includes full-LED lighting with DRL, keyless remote with anti-theft alarm, a digital instrument cluster with app connectivity (geo-fencing, find-my-vehicle, anti-theft alert), a USB charging port, and a 40-litre underseat storage with boot light. Disc brakes at both ends come with CBS and an E-ABS controller with regenerative braking.

Dimensions & Warranty

Measuring 2220 x 710 x 1160 mm on a 1520 mm wheelbase with 175 mm of ground clearance and an 803 mm seat height, the OKHI-90 carries a 150 kg load. It is backed by a 3-year battery warranty and a 3-year / 30,000 km motor warranty.
