Evtric Ride: budget electric scooter for city runs
The Evtric Ride is a low-speed electric scooter from Evtric Motors, positioned for short daily commutes where running cost matters more than highway pace. Top speed is limited to 25 km/h.
Price and variants
The scooter was sold in two battery options: the Ride 34 Ah at Rs 94,733 and the Ride 39 Ah at Rs 98,100 ex-showroom (last recorded prices), with the current listed price at Rs 98,736. Both variants share the same 250W hub motor and hardware.
Battery, range and charging
A 1.63 kWh lithium-ion battery drives the rear hub motor. Claimed range is 80 km for the 34 Ah variant and 100 km for the 39 Ah variant. The removable pack charges in about 3.5 hours to 80 percent through a 48V 6A charger, so it can be carried indoors and topped up from a regular socket.
Ride and handling
Suspension duties are handled by telescopic forks up front and hydraulic adjustable shock absorbers at the rear. Braking comes from a 220 mm front disc and a rear drum. The scooter rides on tubeless tyres with a wheelbase of 1330 mm, 180 mm of ground clearance and an 800 mm seat height.
Features
All-LED lighting with daytime running lamps, a fully digital instrument console, push-button start, side stand sensor and a start-stop function are standard. Underseat storage is included, and load carrying capacity is rated at 150 kg.
