EVeium CZAR

The EVeium CZAR is a retro-styled electric scooter from EVeium, powered by a 4kW BLDC hub motor paired with a 3.024 kWh Li-ion battery pack. It claims a top speed of 85 km/h and 150 km on a single charge, and is priced at Rs 2.15 lakh (ex-showroom).

A 4 kW BLDC hub motor drives the CZAR to a claimed top speed of 85 km/h with a riding range of 150 km per charge from the 3.024 kWh pack. It rivals the Bajaj Chetak, TVS iQube and Okinawa Okhi90 in the premium retro-scooter segment.

Ride and braking

The CZAR rides on a link-type suspension setup with disc brakes at both ends, and tips the scales at 115 kg kerb weight. It has a wheelbase of 1390 mm and an automatic transmission.

Features and connectivity

An LCD digital instrument cluster pairs with mobile app connectivity, offering find-my-vehicle, real-time tracking, geofencing, keyless start and over-speed alerts. Three ride modes (Eco, Normal and Sport), an anti-theft system and regenerative braking complete the package.

Colours

The CZAR is offered in eight shades including Cold Black, Argent Black, Pearl Grey, Moonlight White, Satin Red, Minted Green, Hazy Blue and Auroral Yellow.
