EVeium COMET

The EVeium COMET is a neo-retro styled electric scooter from EVeium, powered by a 3 kW BLDC hub motor paired with a 3.6 kWh Li-ion battery pack. It claims a top speed of 85 km/h and 150 km on a single charge, priced at Rs 1.92 lakh (ex-showroom).

A 3 kW BLDC hub motor drives the COMET to a claimed top speed of 85 km/h with a riding range of 150 km from the 3.6 kWh Li-ion pack. It rivals the Bajaj Chetak, TVS iQube and Okinawa Okhi90.

Ride and braking

The COMET rides on a telescopic front fork and is anchored by a disc brake up front, with a 115 kg kerb weight.

Features and connectivity

An LCD digital instrument cluster pairs with mobile app connectivity, and the scooter offers three ride modes (Eco, Normal and Sport), an anti-theft feature, regenerative braking, real-time tracking, geofencing, keyless start and over-speed alerts.

Colours

The COMET is offered in six colours including Cold Black, Argent Black, Royal Blue, Minted Green, Palmy Red and Calm Grey.
