The Speego Morni DLX is a popular passenger e-rickshaw from Speego Vehicles, positioned as a value-focused option for daily last-mile shared mobility. It shares the rugged 48V electric platform of the Speego range in a compact body designed for Indian city conditions.

Passenger Layout

The Morni DLX seats four passengers plus the driver, with 40 kg of luggage space. At 2780 mm long, 1000 mm wide and 1780 mm tall it fits comfortably through narrow lanes and busy markets where larger vehicles struggle.

Electric Powertrain

A BLDC motor with 1140 W maximum power runs on a 48V electrical system, with a controlled 25 km/h top speed. As a certified L3M low-speed passenger carrier, it can be driven without a licence in most states.

Range and Charging

On a full charge the Morni DLX covers 100 km and above under standard conditions, enough for a full working day. Charging takes about 7 to 9 hours and consumes roughly 5 to 6 units of electricity, keeping running costs very low.

Ride Quality

Helical springs with hydraulic telescopic shock absorbers up front and leaf springs with a rear shocker at the back provide a stable ride on uneven roads. Drum brakes, internal and expanding shoe type, deliver dependable stopping power.
