Sodyco Beyond

The Sodyco Beyond is a budget electric passenger rickshaw from the Sodyco range, offered as a fully built low-speed passenger carrier for city and feeder routes.

Battery and Motor

A 48 V lead-acid battery pack drives a 1000 W BLDC motor with a 30 km/h top speed and a claimed range of about 100 km per charge.

Build and Dimensions

The Beyond measures 2740 mm long, 995 mm wide and 1780 mm high with a 1644 mm wheelbase and 180 mm ground clearance. Telescopic front and leaf-spring rear suspension, drum brakes and 90x90x12 tyres handle daily running, with a gross weight of 400 kg.

At around Rs 1.20 lakh ex-showroom, the Beyond is one of the most affordable e-rickshaws in the market, aimed at operators who want a simple, low-cost passenger vehicle for short last-mile trips.
