The Sahyatri Base E Rickshaw is a passenger e-rickshaw from Sahyatri, built for short-distance city transport. It seats the driver plus four passengers in a fully built cabin over a chassis-with-cabin platform, and runs purely on electric power with an automatic single-speed drive.
Battery, Range and Charging
A 130 Ah battery pack delivers a rated range of 91-100 km on a full charge, with a complete recharge taking about 3 hours from a standard supply. The drivetrain needs no gears, keeping operation simple for daily commercial duty.
Load and Dimensions
The rickshaw offers a payload of 450 kg on a 3-tyre chassis, with 3 wheels and drum-type stopping power suited to city stop-and-go use. The Base E Rickshaw is the entry-level Sahyatri model.
