Saera Mayuri Star

The Saera Mayuri Star is the value flagship of Saera's Mayuri e-rickshaw family, offering a 1000W brushless DC motor, a 48V / 130Ah battery and an 80-100 km range in a comfortable five-seat cabin at one of the lowest price points in the segment.

Performance and Powertrain

A 1000W brushless DC motor driven by a 50A, 24-MOSFET controller pushes the Mayuri Star to a top speed of 25 km/h. The 48V / 130Ah lead-acid pack (about 6.24 kWh) charges in roughly 4 hours using an SMPS charger with voltage fluctuation protection. Drum brakes front and rear with a mechanical hand lever parking brake keep stopping duties covered.

Comfort and Build

The Mayuri Star rides on a high-rigidity monocoque double chassis with a 2030 mm wheelbase for generous legroom. It features cushioned seats, a wide windshield, LED headlamps with DRL, LED indicators, LED cabin light, radio with dual speakers, alloy wheels, central locking, taxi light and a steel roof.

Dimensions and Suitability

Measuring 2690 mm long, 1000 mm wide and 1710 mm high with 200 mm ground clearance, the Star seats five occupants including the driver. Priced near Rs 93,400, it is an excellent first e-rickshaw for city passenger operators.
