Saera Mayuri Pro Star

The Saera Mayuri Pro Star is an L3-category electric 3-wheeler built for urban and semi-urban passenger movement. It combines a 1200W brushless DC motor with a 48V / 130Ah battery to deliver around 80 km of range per charge.

Performance and Powertrain

The Pro Star is powered by a 1200W brushless DC motor managed by a 50A, 24-MOSFET controller on a 48V system. The battery pack delivers roughly 80 km of range and takes about 8 hours to recharge using an SMPS charger with voltage fluctuation protection. Drum brakes front and rear plus a mechanical hand lever parking brake handle stopping duties.

Comfort and Build

Built on a heavy-duty double chassis, the Pro Star offers generous legroom on a 2030 mm wheelbase. It comes with cushioned seats, a radio with dual speakers, LED cabin light, wide windshield, heavy-duty side curtains and stylish alloy wheels. Front suspension is a 43mm telescopic hydraulic shocker with leaf spring rear shocks.

Dimensions and Suitability

Measuring 2690 mm long, 1000 mm wide and 1710 mm high with 200 mm ground clearance, it seats 5 occupants including the driver (D+4). At around Rs 1.35 lakh, it is suited to city passenger operators wanting a reliable, zero-emission last-mile ride.
