Body and Seating
The Grand L5 is a fully built three-wheeler on a chassis-with-cabin layout with a day cabin. It seats the driver plus four passengers, with a kerb weight of 407 kg and a gross vehicle weight of 600 kg. At 2765 mm long with 200 mm ground clearance, it is built for heavy-duty city use.
Electric Powertrain and Battery
A 1 kW CY Gold Premium motor drives the wheels through an automatic gearbox with forward and reverse. The 48V system runs a 100 Ah battery pack, giving roughly 4.8 kWh of stored energy and a claimed range of up to 110 km on a full charge.
Charging and Ride
A full charge takes about 4 hours from a standard home or shop socket, one of the quicker top-ups in its class. Heavy-duty suspension at both ends and drum brakes provide a stable, low-maintenance ride, and the 2100 mm wheelbase keeps the Grand L5 steady when loaded. It rolls on 3.75-12 tyres at all three wheels.
