VariantsThe JSA E Rickshaw Ultra is the premium passenger e-rickshaw from JSA, available with larger battery options for higher daily range. It runs on a 48 V DC brushless motor with a fully built, chassis-with-cabin body aimed at continuous city operation.
Performance and range
The Ultra uses a 1 hp motor with a top speed of about 25 km/h and a claimed range of around 90 km per charge. Charging takes roughly 6-8 hours from a standard home socket.
Passenger capacity
It seats 4 passengers plus the driver with a gross vehicle weight of 800 kg, matching the rest of the JSA e-rickshaw family.
Build and ride
The Ultra is built on a 2030 mm wheelbase with 3.75x12 tyres and drum brakes, with an automatic differential-type transmission. Battery options range from 100 Ah up to 130 Ah depending on the variant chosen.
