JSA E Rickshaw

The JSA E Rickshaw is a low-speed passenger e-rickshaw from JSA, built around a chassis-with-cabin, fully built body. It runs on a 48 V DC brushless electric motor with a 100 Ah battery and is designed for affordable daily passenger duty in cities.

Performance and range

The rickshaw is rated at 1 hp with a top speed of about 25 km/h and a claimed range of 85 km per charge. A full charge takes about 7-10 hours from a standard home socket.

Passenger capacity

It seats 4 passengers plus the driver with a gross vehicle weight of 800 kg, making it a dependable option for last-mile city transport.

Build and ride

The three-wheeler uses a 2030 mm wheelbase, runs on 3.75x12 tyres, and gets drum brakes with an automatic differential-type transmission. Overall dimensions are 2740 mm long, 998 mm wide and 1740 mm high.
