Jangid DLX SS PRO

The Jangid DLX SS PRO is a low-speed L3M electric rickshaw from Jangid, built for last-mile passenger and light goods movement in Indian cities. It is offered in a single 2125/Electric configuration at a consistent price across the country.

Body and Seating

The DLX SS PRO is a fully built three-wheeler on a chassis-with-cabin layout with a day cabin. It seats the driver plus four passengers, with a kerb weight of 450 kg and a gross vehicle weight of 500 kg. At 2800 mm long with 350 mm ground clearance, it is built for heavy-duty city use on uneven roads.

Electric Powertrain and Battery

A brushless DC (BLDC) motor delivers 1 hp to the wheels through an automatic gearbox with forward and reverse. The 48V lead-acid-compatible system runs an 80 Ah pack, giving roughly 3.84 kWh of stored energy. A full charge takes 6 to 8 hours from a standard home or shop socket.

Chassis and Ride

Leaf spring suspension front and rear with drum brakes provide a stable, low-maintenance ride. The 2125 mm wheelbase and 2800 mm turning radius make the DLX SS PRO stable when loaded while remaining manoeuvrable in narrow lanes. It rolls on 3.75x12 tyres at all three wheels, with a digital instrument cluster.
