D'LITE Electric Rickshaw

The D'LITE Electric Rickshaw is an L5M high-speed passenger e-rickshaw from D'LITE, built for daily commercial last-mile transport. It seats a driver and up to six passengers and is priced from about Rs. 1.35 lakh.

High-speed passenger carrier

Unlike low-speed L3M rickshaws, the D'LITE is classified as an L5M high-speed passenger carrier with a 50 km/h top speed. A 3 Hp motor runs on a 6.24 kWh pack (48 V / 130 Ah), with a claimed range of around 100 km per charge.

Seating and weight

The fully built cabin carries a driver plus six passengers, with a gross vehicle weight of 800 kg. Drum brakes and an automatic 1-forward 1-reverse drivetrain keep operation simple.

Charging

A full charge takes around 7-8 hours, making the D'LITE a practical choice for operators who can charge overnight and run a full day on the higher-speed routes that need a registered high-speed permit.
