Badshah Smart SS

The Badshah Smart SS is a passenger e-rickshaw from Badshah, built for last-mile city commuting. It is an L3M low-speed electric three-wheeler with a fully built body on a chassis with cabin.

Powertrain and range

The Smart SS is powered by a 1000 W motor with 40 Nm of torque, drawing from a 48V, 80Ah battery pack (about 3.84 kWh). It returns a range of up to 130 km on a full charge, with a 6-8 hour charging time from a standard socket.

Body and comfort

The fully built day-cabin body rides on leaf springs front and rear with 180 mm of ground clearance and a turning radius of 2800 mm. Drum brakes on all wheels, parking brakes and a 3x3 axle configuration keep it simple and easy to service. The driver gets a digital display and a gearbox with 1 forward plus 1 reverse gear.

With a gross vehicle weight of 1000 kg, the Smart SS offers solid carrying capacity for passenger duty. Zero-tailpipe emission norms and an L3M classification make it a compliant, affordable daily income earner in the budget e-rickshaw segment.
