The Zelio X Men 2.0 is a low-speed electric scooter from Zelio E-Mobility, launched in India in November 2024 as the updated second generation of the X Men. Built for no-licence, no-RTO urban commuting, it pairs a 250W BLDC hub motor with a top speed capped at 25 km/h, keeping it in India's non-motorised category.

The X Men 2.0 is available in four variants priced from Rs 73,934 to Rs 93,459 (ex-showroom, Delhi) - two lead-acid options (60V 32Ah and 72V 32Ah) and two lithium-ion options (60V 30Ah and 74V 32Ah). It is offered in Black, Red and White finishes.

Battery & Range

Battery options range from a 1.92 kWh lead-acid pack to a 2.37 kWh lithium-ion pack, with claimed range from 55-60 km up to 100 km per charge depending on the variant. The lead-acid packs take 7-8 hours for a full charge, while the lithium-ion packs take 4-5 hours, and there is no DC fast-charging support.

Performance & Ride

A 250W BLDC hub motor delivers a claimed top speed of 25 km/h, which means no driving licence or RTO registration is required. Disc brakes front and rear, hydraulic shock absorbers at both ends and alloy wheels are standard across the range. The scooter has a kerb weight of 90 kg and a load-carrying capacity of 180 kg.
