A full charge takes about 6 hours through the standard 72V charger, and Okaya has not published a separate fast-charging figure, so plan for overnight or workday top-ups rather than quick pit stops.
Performance and ride
Power comes from a 2,000 W BLDC hub motor rated at 1,200 W, reaching 70 km/h. That is a genuine licence-required scooter, and a valid driving licence is needed to ride it. Eco, City and Sport riding modes let you trade performance for range. The F3 runs on 12-inch wheels with tubeless tyres, telescopic forks up front and spring-loaded rear suspension.
Braking and features
Stopping is handled by drum brakes at both ends with a combined braking system (CBS) rather than ABS. Standard kit includes an anti-theft system, reverse mode, full LED lighting with daytime running lights, a digital instrument cluster and under-seat storage. Regenerative braking and OTA updates are not offered on this model.
