Deltic Trento

The Deltic Trento is a premium retro-style electric scooter from Delta Autocorp, the company behind the Deltic two-wheeler range. It is priced at Rs 1.33 lakh (ex-showroom) and comes in a single variant and a single Grey finish.

Motor and performance

A 3 kW (3000 W) BLDC hub motor drives the Trento with a top speed of 45 km/h and three riding modes. The motor is waterproof rated for rain and all-season use.

Battery and charging

The scooter packs a 72V 40Ah LFP lithium battery, good for an ARAI-claimed 75 km on a full charge. A 360 W charger refills it in about 3-4 hours, and the pack carries a 3-year or 30,000 km warranty.

Ride and braking

Front and rear disc brakes with a Combi Brake System handle stopping. Suspension is hydraulic telescopic up front with a mono-shock at the rear, over 12-inch tubeless tyres and a 180 mm ground clearance.

Features

The Trento gets a digital instrument cluster, USB charging port, anti-theft alarm with central locking, find my scooter tracking, reverse assist, cruise control, LED lighting, a side-stand sensor, an emergency backup switch and keyless push-button start. Underseat storage and a carry hook add everyday practicality.
