Information we collect
We collect an email address when you consent to updates. Vehicle feedback may include an optional name and email address together with your rating and comment. We also process limited technical information for security and abuse prevention.
Why we use it
Subscription data is used only to send requested EVSoch communications. Feedback is used to moderate and improve vehicle information. Security data is used to protect the service and is not used for advertising profiles.
Retention and sharing
Active subscription records are retained until you unsubscribe. Unsubscribed addresses are retained only as long as necessary to honor suppression requests, then deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Rejected feedback and abuse-prevention records are periodically deleted. We share data only with service providers needed to operate EVSoch or where required by law.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe using the link included in our emails. You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export of your personal data and withdraw consent at any time through EVSoch's published contact channels.
Security and updates
We limit access to personal data, use role-based controls, and monitor abuse. Material changes to this notice will be reflected by a new effective date.
